In the writing workshop with the Cologne writer Ulrike Anna Bleier, we take an intensive look at our working lives. The Old Cotton Warehouse is located on the historic Road of Work, which we will use as an opportunity to reflect on our own work and write short literary texts. Our daily work is more than a means to an end; it is an essential part of our lives and a piece of the puzzle in the fabric of society.
What work – paid and unpaid – do I do? Can I remember my first day at work? What did I experience with colleagues and bosses? How important is unpaid family work for me and my environment? What was I and am I happy with, what less? Any kind of work is interesting enough to write about. No previous literary knowledge is necessary.
Participants should (if possible) bring a photo of themselves at work.
Entry: Participation is free of charge, the number of participants is limited to 12. Please register bindingly with Ulrike Anna Bleier, firstname.lastname@example.org
